We are wanting someone to come out to give us some design ideas and a bid on how much it will cost to fininsh our basement. We have a ranch style home with a walkout basement, 9 foot foundation. we are wanting to add two bedrooms/family room/bathroom/bar area and maybe a room for a workout area.

My basement is unfinished. I would like to put up drywall, run electricity, carpet for sure. I would also like to maybe have a half bath, maybe a separate laundry room, and way to section off the water hearter and furnace. Would like it to be a nice sitting and t.v. room as well as a place to play pool.

We are interested in a couple different estimates concerning adding a bathroom to our basement...one for only getting our basement plumbed for a bathroom and one for plumbing and installing a shower, toilet, and sink. We have a concrete floor. There are pipes running from the upstairs bathroom in the area we would like the basement bathroom, and there is a round drain cover in the middle of one of the pipes. We also have a square concrete "pedestal" around our furnace that we would like to have cut away. It is approximately 3' X 3'. Thank you.
